Below, you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions we receive regarding our company and products.
1. How do I contact you? During what hours is someone available to answer my questions?
The best way to contact us is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We check this mail daily and will have a response to you by the end of the next business day. If you wish to speak to someone personally, you can phone (1-403-873-2362) between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily (including weekends). Please note that these hours are Mountain Standard Time. If the lines are tied up, you will receive a voice mail message. Please leave a detailed account of your question and again, you will be contacted by the end of the next business day.
2. What happens to my emails if I decide to email you?
We read every message we receive and try to respond within 24 hours of its receipt. Your email address or other contact information will not be provided to any third parties.
3. Can I photocopy the worksheets for all of the students in my classroom?
Yes! The exercises in the booklets are meant to be copied for your students. However, you will be violating copyright laws if you share the worksheets with other teachers. Easy to Teach is a small home-based business and we cannot afford such violations. Please take this into consideration: Would you like material you worked hard to develop shared freely with others? Of course not! You would want to be compensated for your work. We know that by nature, teachers are sharers; instead of sharing the material, please share the name of our website so your colleagues can order their own copy.
If your school would like to buy the rights to copying as many of the booklets as possible in their school only, this option is available for them. Cost will depend upon the size of the unit. For example, if it is a novel study priced at $24.99, complete rights could be purchased for $200.00. If it is a whole Math course priced at $150.00, complete rights could be purchased for $3000.00. 4. Do you have a return policy?
At Easy to Teach items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a 50% refund (less shipping and handling costs). Items must be returned in new condition. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Center at to obtain an authorization number.
5. What payment options do I have?
For online payments we accept all major Credit Card through PayPal. For mail or fax orders, payment is available only by certified cheque or money order. Payment is due upon receipt of items under $50.00. Items over $50.00 required a 50% deposit prior to mailing. However, if you are ordering large items for a school, a purchase order number is all that is required prior to mailing. Payment will then be due upon receipt of the merchandise.
6. Can I cancel or change my order at any time?
Timing plays an important role should you decide to cancel of change your order. In most instances, your order is filled and shipped the following business day. Should you change your mind, please notify us immediately by dialing 1-403-873-2362 during hours of operation. These hours are between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily (including weekends). Please note that these hours are Mountain Standard Time.
7. How long will it take to receive my parcel?
Orders will be processed before the end of the next business day. However, please keep in mind the following when trying to estimate the arrival of your order:

8. What are my shipping options?
Shipping costs vary depending upon the weight of your product as well as the type of delivery service you choose.
Shipping costs are $15.00 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item. If you choose to have the order shipped XpressPost, please add an additional $13.00. If you choose to have the order shipped Priority Courier, please add an additional $31.00.
9. Do you accept orders from anywhere in the world?
Sorry, but orders are only accepted from within Canada and the United States. If you are outside this area, please e-mail us to discuss the possibility of shipping.
